RESPONSABILITATI: • Evalueaza schimbarile legislative in domeniul administrarii resurselor umane si al salarizarii si defineste impactul acestora asupra activitatii functiunii de adminstrare personal si salarizare; • Participa la procesul de salarizare de la centralizarea datelor pana la plata efectiva a salariilor; • Intocmirea contractelor individuale de munca ale noilor salariati si introduce noii salariati in sistem. • Efectueaza calculul salariilor si raspunde de plata acestora conform legislatiei si pontajelor; • Realizeaza diverse rapoarte legate de activitatea de Resurse Umane; • Emite si distribuie “fluturasii” de salarii; • Intocmeste si elibereaza la cererea angajatilor, adeverinte de venit; • Asigură relaţia cu autorităţile statului: ITM, AJOFM, Administraţia Financiară • Verifică corectitudinea datelor înscrise în pontaj • Administrează concediile medicale, concediile de odihnă, alte drepturi de natură salarială etc • Participă la intocmirea documentelor specifice departamentului HR (contracte de muncă,, acte aditionale, decizii de încetare, fisa postului, dosarul de personal etc) • Intocmirea si raportarea declaratiei 112. • Intocmirea actelor aditionale si orice modificare privind contractele individuale de munca in raport cu legislatia in vigoare • Evidenta dosarului de personal si raportarea in Revisal . • Intocmirea statelor de lichidare si raspunde de intocmirea corecta a acestora • Intocmirea deciziilor de incetare a contractelor individuale de munca si a deciziilor de vechime; • Tinerea evidentei dosarelor de medicina a muncii (programarea angajatilor la controlul medical la angajare, periodic, la revenire in activitate sau alte situatii care se impun conform legii) si se asigura ca toti salariatii au fisa de aptitudine valabila; • Redactarea si inregistrarea actelor privind modificarea sau incetarea contractelor individuale de munca.
