Cautam pentru clientul nostru, care are o echipa de vanzari de cca 3 persoane in Bucuresti, un consultant de vanzari care sa aiba ca obiectiv promovarea produselor catre firme de constructii si investitori in domeniul rezidential. Pozitia este de expansiune (nu de inlocuire). Profilul candidatului “ideal" este esential diferit de cel a unui agent de vanzari clasic, care are experienta in vanzarea de produse in zona retail. Clientul are o experienta cu candidati specializati in retail(materiale constructii) si in general nu au reusit sa devina eficienti pe segmentul ofertarilor directe la constructori si in customizare lucrari. Fiind vorba despre o gama de produse complexe din punct de vedere tehnic si in acelasi timp suficient de scumpe fata de media pietei, profilul candidatului ideal este de inginer constructor de preferat, si care sa aibe un profil consultativ atat dpv tehnic cat si cu calitati inter-umane, de comunicare exceptionale.
